Chimichurri

"Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Garfunkle!"  Wait maybe not all of those but definitly a lot of beautiful Italian Parsley.  Again we do not cut corners we fine chop our Chimichurri ingredients by hand because thats how Grandma did it.  (Actually she made pesto but same idea!)  Extra Virgin Olive oil and Fresh Squeezed Lemons make this a super fresh amazing compliment to every meat.  Just a hint of spice but so mild the kids love it.  Put it on your meat.  I like it in my beans and rice too!
